I have MacBook Pro OS, Firefox browser. Can't print. Error message: PRINT PREVIEW ERROR

I have MacBookPro, Firefox browser and Canon Pixma 5500 Series.

Are you able to print in other programs or does this only occur with your current web browser?

Hi!

Tried printing w/Safari, still not able to print. This never happened before. I have El Capitan on Mac and reset my printer, then restarted. This has some connection to PDF?  Would appreciate solving this.
