Pixma iX6820 not showing up in Professional Print & Layout

Hi!!  I installed ##ProfessionalPrint&Layout (#PPL) Software version 1.3.8 on my Mac OS Sequoia V 15.5 my printer, #Pixma iX6820 isn't showing up in the software.

Under System Settings - Printers & Scanners Driver V 16.90.10

When I try to print from PPL I get this error message: printer info can't be displayed- under remote UI it says: register printer under bonjour or IPV.

I have used the software with a different pro series 200 in the past and I can't select it to delete it from the printers listed in PPL.  I also don't know how to add my current iX 6820 here.

I can print directly from Preview (not ideal)

I have an old version of adobe installed that I no longer have a subscription to, do I need to uninstall that?

Do I have the correct version of PPL installed for my printer?

How can I fix this?

Also is there a way to connect my #iX6820 to my iOS phone's hotspot and print wirelessly without wifi?

Thank you!!

Per Canon website (https://en.canon-cna.com/printers/inkjet/pixma/software/professional-print-layout-software/) the Canon Professional Print and Layout Utility does not support the Pixma ix6820... sorry

Thank you! I'll stop trying to make that happen.
