I have tried to download software using app store in iPad but won't let me, and I tried using Google Chrome, and again the same problem. The iPad shows that it needs to be Airprint compatible, which this print is not, I think??? The iPad is bluetooth compatible and so is this printer, but I don't know how to get them to connect to one another.??? If that is even possible??? Please let me know what I need to do to get these two to work together OR should I take printer back to store and get my money back???
Confused in Texas,

Hello MCsqrdCCtx.
Unfortunately, the iP100 is not compatible with iOS devices such as your iPad.
The only printers that we have that can communicate via AirPrint would be some of our latest PIXMA All-in-One products.
I apologize for this inconvenience.
