How do I purchase a inexpensive personal use printer/scanner that will scan to pdf?

My pixma mg3520  scan in jpg. Can this print/scan be changed to scan to pdf? If not, whats out here for purchase a inexpensive personal use printer/scanner that will scan to pdf?

Hi Mint,

You can scan and save as a PDF formant using IJ Scan Utility. IJ Scan Utility installs with the printer/scanner driver. Once you open IJ Scan Utility, select the document option. This will save the scan as a PDF.
