How can I get my Canon MG7520, to only print with the black ink.

How can I get my Canon MG7520, to only print with the black ink. One time I get a menu, that if I click on Output I get a choice of Composite Gray, Text as Black. Then I go to print another subject and the menu that comes up does not the Output option.

Hi ekim,

The menu that you refer to will appear depending on the settings in the program that you are printing from.  You can set the printer driver to print in grayscale, bt please note that black-and-white printing may use ink other than black ink depending on the type of printing paper or the settings of the printer driver. So, color ink is consumed even when printing in black-and-white.
