I'd like to ask anyone who can tell me what's the problem with my printer having around 1cm - 1/2 inch gaps when printing?

Thank you for letting me know about the model not being supported in America. I actually don't know which part of the world was the printer bought. That is why I'm posting about the problem in every suport forum that I know of. And it's really sad also that here in our country, we don't have this kind of forum or community.
