Hi I have a MG 3120 printer and I changed the black ink and it still says it is empty any idea why

Hi RB-1963,

Counterfeit, third-party, and refilled inks may not register properly.  You can disable the ink sensor by pressing and holding the red Stop/Resume button for 5-7 seconds.  You should then be able to print until the ink cartridge is empty.

I installed a remanufactured black ink cartridge. It worked fine but now that it is empty, the ink indicator just shows a "?" and will not center on the black cartridge so I can replace it. What can I do?
