I just bought my TS 3522 canon printer, installed ink cartridge's, and made sure all protective tapes r removed, the screen flashes a P and a 9, it won't let me do anything, even when I hold the buttons down for a period of time. Can someone please help me? I'm going crazy searching and trying to figure this out .

P9 error Canon Knowledge Base - Error Displayed on the LCD - TS3520
Please turn the device off and unplug it. While disconnected from power, press and hold the power button for 30 sec. Reconnect to power and, power the device on again. If the error returns and you are sure you have removed all of the tapes from the inks and packing materials, you have two options.
Contact Canon or exchange the device at the place of purchase.
