Help with PIXMA G6020 "faint lines"

Hello, I'm trying to print in color and there are faint lines on my prints and the prints aren't super crisp. How can I fix this? I also can't print from the rear tray. When I am in the printing screen on my computer, there is not an option to choose a tray to print from. Thank you.

Hi Jennifer85,

First, please print a nozzle check.  Once it has printed, please take a photo of that page and then attach it to your reply to this message.

To print this, please load plain paper in the cassette of your PIXMA G6020 and then follow these steps:

1.  Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your PIXMA G6020 one time.

2,  Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select Maintenance and press the OK button.

3.  Press OK on Nozzle check.

The test page will print.

Thank you. Based on that page, it would appear that your PIXMA G6020 is functioning correctly.

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?

What program on your computer are you using to print your images?  Have you tried using Easy-PhotoPrint Editor?

What is the paper type that you are printing with?
