Help!! My pixma mx860 stopped working...gives me B200 error message.how can this be broken already?

I tried everything suggested online to get rid of this error message B200 and nothing is working. I can't believe this printer is useless already..what else can i do besides turning it off and on, cleaning the printer contacts..and praying something will fix it. I spent too much money on this priinter to just can it..HELP, please???  Vivian
