I have the above printer, using Windows 7 64 bit, and can't seem to get it to print. I printed a few photos a couple years ago with no problem, now when I try it, the paper jams every time. I at first tried a small stack of 10, then I tried it one at a time, it pulls it down inside, but it goes no further, it keeps sounding like there is no paper. I have new ink cartridges also.
