Dear Community, I have enjoyed the G7020 printer for years, but the printing has failed. All of the manual-recommended steps to clear print head, etc have done nothing to improve the printing. This includes Black ink as well as Colors. I can only see horizontal light (yellowish) lines on the paper after sending a print job. It would be great to get this solved as I have substantial ink stored up for use. Many thanks, B

If you have run several deep cleaning cycles and the problem hasn’t been resolved the print head or printer has failed. Looks like you can get print for about $80 on Amazon.
