G7020 ErMsg: Output was changed from High quality because of a conflict with another printer setting

I'm trying to print a photo but it won't let me set Quality to HIGH. It says there's a setting conflict but doesn't say what the conflict is.

What version of Windows or MacOS are you running? Also, are you printing directly from the photo or using a program like Canon Easy Photo print?
