G620 Ink Tank blurring text.

Purchased a G620 ink tank printer last year and having issues printing text. Random lines/words will blur or double print. Does this with black and color. I have tried cleaning and realigning tools. I am wondering if it could be bad printheads? Anyone else seen this? Seems like a good printer but useless as it is.

Hi JAB101,

Blurry / double printing can be caused when the encoder/timing strip inside your PIXMA G620 is smudged.

Cleaning this will resolve the issue.
