I've been having issues with my prints coming out in greys rather than black and white. Already gone through a few deep clean cycles, fill tubes with ink, alignment, etc.
I've had this issue with numerous prints on numerous paper stocks. Photo Paper Pro Premium Matte, photo paper plus semi-gloss, pro platinum, etc. I've gone through numerous software suites to try and fix the issues including photoshop, lightroom classic, windows photo, picture viewer, chrome, paint, etc. Converted files to jpg, 8bit, Adobe RGB 1998, still the same issue persists.
Annoyingly, I got it to print correctly twice, but I didn't write down the steps I took to get there, and now I'm going through numerous steps with no results.

Hi.
What software are you printing from? Do color prints come out OK?
Can you post a screenshot of the nozzle check pattern?
