G4411 black ink full but wont print black after trying printing labels

Hi Canon team.

My G4411 doesnt want to print black anymore since I tried printing (Tower W100) labels, for which I downloaded settings.

Ink containers are all full.

Any advice how I can revert / reset the settings?

Sorry, I don't have a solution - just a similar problem. Black ink won't print on my Pixma iP4300 after I imported an image into MS Word and printed it. Now, only colors than black will print. And both black ink cartidges are full and not clogged.
