Hi could you please help me how to reset problem with my printer erroro 5b00

A reset alone might not fix this issue. Start by checking the printer for paper jams.
If none are found, the error means your Waste Ink Absorber is full.
This pads have to be cleaned or replaced first. They are located in the back of the printer. Back panel must be removed. You then put the printer into service mode and reset the %.
Its not overly complicated, but should not be done untless you are comfortable with the process. You tube has about 20 videoos. Super easy to follow.
