Forgot my admin password Canon G3100

Locked myself out of the printer settings how can I default the printer Canon pixma g3100 back to the orig default settings so I can enter a new password.

I'm having a nightmare with this printer (Pixma G3100, bought in 2020). I've worked 30 years it IT and never need a forum to fix problems, until now!

Wireless dropouts, password stays set despite 23 or 24 flash resets (tried both, many times).

Questions: I have tried 23 and 24 flashes to reset, and it still asks for an administrator password when I try to update the wifi network.

WHat is the best hard reset to full factory spec?
