Error printing a 5x7 photo

I have a Canon Pixma M3600 printer. I downloaded the Easy Photo Print Editor. I was able to print photos but now I'm getting the "An error occourred while printing" message. How can I fix it?

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?

Are you using your PIXMA MG3620 wirelessly?
or with a USB cable?

Is the error light off on your PIXMA MG3620?  If not, is it blinking?  If it is blinking, how many times does it blink before there is a pause?  If you are experiencing a blinking error light, count the blinks and then look the code up on this page:
