Having problem using scan to computer function on Canon MG 5350 multifunction printer. Error code 2.156.50 is appearing when MP Navigator is used to scan from printer to PC. PC is running Windows 7 and MP Navigator and MP printer drivers have been updated to the latest available from support site (Australia). Printer is connected to PC via USB cable.
Any advice as to what error code refers to and a method of resolving issue would be appreciated.
