Dear all Canon staff,
I brought my 2 years ago.
And I had not used it for around 1 year.
When I used it again, Scangear run out error code 2,250,2 or 2,155,33 while I press the scan button on the
MP Navigator EX.
I had tried to uninstall the driver and install the newest 16.0.5 version driver, but it runs the same error code.
(I am using Window 7)
Would you please help advise what kind of problem it has and the solution for it?
Please help advise.

I've similar problem. Used scanner 3 weeks ago, now Ii connects to PC but I get Code 2,156,33 when I try to scan and it claims the scnner is off or usb disconnected. If I try again I get Code 2,250,2 like you!
I've reported problem to Canon who got me to re-install TWAIN drivers but still no good so am now waiting for their product specialist team to get in touch. I'll let you know if they come up with anything

I have a problem with my printer . It is MP237 model.
I got my error code is 2,156,33 .
How can i fix this ?I need to use this printer asap.
