Hi, I'm getting persistent 6000 errors on my MG6220, and it is advising me to shut down the machine and check the manual.
I've checked the manual — I don't see error 6000.
What's going on?

Hello.
There may be a jam or obstruction of some sort in the printer. Unplug the power from the printer. Then check for any obstructions in the paper paths or inside the unit.
