I bought a Canon Maxify GX2020 today and got it all set up and started printing from my laptop. I was printing dual sided and it worked great on the first two small documents. Then it jammed on the next document. I cleared it and tried printing again and it jammed again. Now it has error code 6000. It says to cancel print job, turn off and unplug printer. I did that and it didn't clear. It says if that doesn't work, take it to Canon for servicing. This printer is only a few hours old at my house!!!!!
Any suggestions on what I should do? I need to print some documents ASAP and should not need to take if to a repair place on day 1!!!!
Thanks
