I just purchased a Pixma TS9521Ca printer. I am following the online setup instructions and got as far as step 2: I removed all the orange tape and turned on the machine. I am supposed to get a screen that asks me to enter my language and then guides me through installing the ink cartridges. But my screen gives me an Error 5100 message. I have tried unplugging, turning off and on, etc. I have checked to make sure that I removed all the orange tape. The ink carriage moves back and forth, but it always stops in the right position, not in the center where I would be able to insert the ink cartridges. My printer and I are at an impasse. Any suggestions?
