Error 03 on PIXMA TS3522

My Pixma TS3522 printer is stuck on Error 03, which is for a paper jam, but there is no paper jam. When asked to print, the printer pulls a page of paper half way down as if it is about to print and then throws there error code 03. The printer is a few months over 1 year old, so I don't think it is still under warranty.

Please use the steps HERE to perform a roller cleaning. If the paper still jams when starting to feed the printer would require service.
