Canon printer leaving black marks corner of print

Hi,

my canon printer is leaving black marks in the corners of photos. 

Please advise..

You didn't state which printer, but most will have an option in the Maintenance section of printer driver to clean rollers and platen.

 

Also, if this is thck paper you may need to select the Minimize Paper Abrasion option.

Sorry John, the printer is PIXMA MG6250 I was printing on 260GSM

Try the cleaning. Have you used this paper before without problem?

have cleaned, and put paper abrasion mode on. 

 

I use photoshop and I wasnt too sure which "glossy paper" to choose

Based on weight it shouldn't need abrasion protection.
