I hope one of you kind folks will be able to help me, I have got two IX6850 printers, which have been fine until recently.
When we go to print our designs onto the 6x4 paper that we have always used the printers dont print as displayed on the print software screen, it will off set the print and add a white band to one side, and then next minute it will be fine and then not.
We have tried to use different software be it image garden or ex printer but it does it on all softwares.
It is driving us mental and costing us lots in wasted paper and ink.
