Canon iP2702 does not print in Color

Hey!

 
I need some assistance with my Canon iP2702 printer which is retired for support.
 
My printer can print but using Black and not Color.
 
It's not the Color cartridge.
 
I remember years ago, I bought a Color cartridge but it didn't print in Color.
 
I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a new Color cartridge this time around but I did. I just bought a new one more recently and I just cannot print in color for some reason.
 
I usually have to ask someone if they can print whatever it is for me. But that is really inconvenient.
 
I printed the "print pattern" but it's printing in black. I then tried the cleaning and then I did another "print pattern", and it's still printing in black.
 
Why? How can I fix please?
