Beginning a few weeks ago my g6020 no longer prints photos and/or images from the internet. Documents, pdf's, etc., seem to print fine. I have spent hours on this subject via Google searches. I tried all kinds of seemingly odd things to no avail. To make matters worse, this seems to be a somewhat intermittent problem and there are some web pages that seem to print fine.
There has to be a simple fix for this though it is apparently not intuitive, easy or logical to find. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Hi Swanzor,
Please perform a test. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Please press the wrench and screwdriver button
2. Press the right arrow button to select Maintenance and press the OK
3. Press OK on Nozzle check
Please compare your printout with the example below. Does your test page match the example?
