My cyan cartridge ran out of ink so I replaced it - after replacing, it will no longer print any cyan ink. I have ran numerous cleaning and deep cleaning cycles, replaced the cartridge in case that was faulty, and realigned the printhead. I'm at a loss as to what the issue is, aside from it needing a replacement printhead. Please help me I'm dying over here

Hello Ushiprince.
From what you are describing, it does look like the print head needs to be replaced. If you have not tried it yet, you can also try reseating the print head using the steps in the link HERE and checking the bottom of it to make sure nothing is stuck to it. If reseating the print head does not resolve the issue, it would mean the printer needs service or at least a new print head.
