Hello,
I purchased a Canon TS8220 printer in November 2019. It has worked fine until I replaced the ink cartridges with new Canon cartridges earlier this week. All the new cartridges are 'recognized' except 281 PB photo blue, resulting in Support Code 1660. I then bought and installed another new 281PB cartridge, but Support Code 1660 persists. Can this be fixed or do I have to junk an otherwise perfectly fine printer? The machine will not print until this issue is resolved to its satisfaction. Your help will be very appreciated.

Hello.
Photo Blue ink is not compatible with this printer. The PIXMA TS8220 only uses the following inks in standard, XL and XXL sizes:
PGI-280 PGBK
CLI-281 BK
CLI-281 C
CLI-281 M
CLI-281 Y
Please replace the PB ink tank with the necessary ink tank required for the ink slot in order to resolve this error.
