Canon TS6420a won't print color but black.

hardliner

Running Windows 10 22H2

Printer is running version 1.052

When I print the test page, it won't print any color but black. I tried doing a nozzle check and it printed but still didn't print any color but black. I've reset the settings on the printer and didn't make a difference. I would appreciate any help on fixing this. Thanks!

Wow. I feel silly but I'll admit it anyway. I forgot to take the piece of plastic off the color cartridge so that's what has been stopping it from printing in color. When you asked the question about the cartridges, I took the color one out to look at and saw the plastic. I was thinking I had done that since it was seeing the ink level.

What ink level does the printer report for the color inks?

Are you using Canon ink cartridges?

Was it working OK and then suddenly stop printing color?
