I am trying to print from my PC to my Canon Selphy CP1200. Sadly though, whenever I try, the Selphy shows the question mark error mentioned in other forum messages where it says "Cannot print incompatible images or memory card not readable".
I have opened my image editor, and saved the files as jpg/png/tif removing all compression and EXIF but it still comes up with this error. Is there a particular filetype which will always work? Printing from my mobile phone (Android) seems to work just fine, and that is with the same image, so don't understand, unless the mobile app is doing some extra compression and changing my photos prior to printing them.
