I have a Canon Printer (MG5765) that will no longer allow me to use it as it reports that the ink tank (black) cannot be recognized (support code 1660). I have tried repairing/troubleshooting this several times; buying fresh ink, checking the lights on the cartridge, adjusting the position, removing orange cap, etc. - however the printer will still not recognize the ink and is still not working. How can I get the printer to work again?
