Canon Pixma MG3520
I just printed/copied paperwork this week!
It absolutely, positively, will not turn on.
I purchased it last semester, which would have been around January or February of this year.
It hasn't been moved, the circuit on the power strip it's connected to hasn't been tripped, everything should be in perfect working condition.
How do I go about this? Reset somehow? Send it it for repair? Do a dance and sacrifice a Nikon?
Help please. I'll need it very soon for school.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Update:
Did a little research and this is a known problem with the firmware.
I did unplug it for a little longer than two minutes and it did come back on.
Now, at first when I was doing the instiallation, it said it failed. But I turned the printer off and back on again (hah......) after the failure and we are back online and printing. So I'm not sure if the updated firmware was successful. But the printer is working again and that's all that matters for the time being!
