Canon Pixma 6820 Error 1300

Hello! I had a paper jam yesterday and removed all of the paper (it never came apart/stayed in tact) and I still have a paper jam error. I've tried resetting my printer with no luck and I can't run the "clean rollers" maintenance because of the error.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using.  Canon USA has released two printers with the number 6820 in their name, so please let us know whether you're using the PIXMA MG6820 or the PIXMA iX6820. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
