I just bought the Microsoft Surface Pro 11 edition. I got this message during installation of PIXMA TS7720 printer: This printer cannot connect to the OS running on your device. Tried to download the driver from Canon website. It states, This software is not supported by computers running Windows on ARM. I managed to install it as Canon TS7700 series printer, but it only prints from the rear tray, not from the cassette. The printer works perfectly with my Samsung PC and iPhone.
Any suggestion?

Greetings,
The TS7720 is not supported under Windows based ARM processors.

Microsoft is really pushing ARM based devices due to power management and lower cost processing power, unfortunately, not all peripherals have driver support for this CPU architecture.
