Canon PIXMA TS6320 Image Size

My girlfriend and I just recently bought the Canon PIXMA TS6320 printer.

We got it set up and working, but we are having an issue with printing an specific image size on 8.5x11 paper.

She has a custom 5inx5in image that she wants to print on 8.5x11 Photo Paper Plus Glossy II. She is using the Canon PRINT Inkjet/Selphy to print from a 4th gen Ipad Pro. The image size is 5x5 canvas in the app Procreate.

The issue we are having is that when we select 8.5x11 paper size and bordered option, the image is expanded to 8x8 once we print it out.

Is there a way to print this image and keep the size 5inx5in when it prints on this 8.5x11 glossy paper?

The reason we are printing on 8.5x11 instead of buying 5x5 is so we don't have to buy multiple sizes.

Greetings,

The Selphy App has specific requirements for what it supports.  While 5x5 is supported, 5x5 on 8.5x11 might not be.

I looked at ProCreates support portal.  Nothing there for printing at all.

Next thing to try is printing directly to 5x5 cards.

Or move the images to a PC or MAC, and try using the printers full driver package.
