Canon PIXMA MP560 printer colors not right

Canon PIXMA MP560 printer prints orange color instead of red, and black color instead of green?  Have replaced new red ink cartridge twice, made several color copies with both new red cartridges, all printing orange color for red and black color for green content.  I have only tried new red cartridges.  All other colors look ok.  Solutions?   Thanks

Hello grwilli01.  Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MP560 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
