Fortunately, the printer is compatible with Internet Explorer. The error you are running into refers to the optional Easy-Web Print EX toolbar, which is not supported with Internet Explorer 9. You are still able to print on Internet Explorer 9 without this toolbar; however, we do have an updated version of the toolbar available for download if you would like it. Just click on the link below, and choose the 'Software' heading once you have selected your operating system to begin the process!
