Hi My black color was empty so I filled but still the printer does not print in black. The paper will look empty.
I tried these steps but it did not work.out:
1- The nozzle check shows no black.lines 2- Head cleaning
3- Deep cleaning
4 I tried to do flush ink but it gave me error code 1368 which meand Mantinance cartridge replacing. I am afraid that even if I replace the cartridge it will not work. Can you gave me other suggestions to try? Thanks
