Hi all,
I was trying to set up my Canon Multipass MP 730 with my PC win7 64bits. The USB didn't recognize. I am trying to download the driver fron Canon for 64 bits and install it. It seems it is not the right one. I am also connect to different USB port of my PC but it is still not working. Also, I changed couple USB cable too.
Is the USB port on Canon not working?

Hi user21net!
The printer driver is built into the operating system, so once you connect the MultiPASS MP730 to your computer and power it on, the driver should install automatically. Once this occurs, you would then download the 'Add-On Module' from the website below. Just choose 'Windows 7 x 64' as your operating system, and you can find it as the one option listed under 'Drivers.' However, if you continue to run into any difficulties, check out the 'Contact Us' link below to reach a technician who will be more than happy to guide you through the procedure step-by-step!
