Dear Canon Customer Service, [and forum users who have solved similar issues],
Recently, my MB 2720 misfunctions concerning completion of a Print Job.
After printing a print job, the printer gets 'Stuck' to not totally stop the print job. The pages have been all printed, but 1) it continues being 'busy', and, 2) the print queue does not clear.
Maybe there is either Bug in the latest Firmware?? or maybe I should re-install either the Current Firmware Version, or a recent but more Stable/Proven Firmware Version??
Can I re-install the current Firmware?
Can I roll-back to an earlier version of the Firmware?
