Hello, I did a community search for prior posts on similar topics; I saw one that had nearly the same subject, and was never answered....
Before I physically send in the printer for service, I was hoping there might be an easy fix? So, my printer suddenly started to print solid completely black prints no matter what I add to the queue and print. Literally solid black sheets of paper. Any idea what the issue could be, or am I completely out of luck. To see if it was a toner cartridge issue I replaced the toner...no effect, continues to print solid black prints.
