Had a paper jam recently, I pulled out the paper jam with no issues. Afterwards the printer won't print right. I'm getting two large vertical white streaks down every page I print. One in the center, one right of center. I've run a print head alignment and cleaning, but the problem persists. There is also a knocking when the printer is actually printing. It almost sounds like the head is banging into the side of the casing. Thoughts?

Tried that ... the Contact Us, was ... less then helpful. They didn't actually read the problem and sent me a generic how to clear a paper jam response.
