Canon Pro-200 paper feed issue - paper mangled and print has streaks

Hello,

My Canon Pro 200 is just a few months old.  I am trying to print at 8.5 x 11' using the top feed, Red River Paper Palo Duro Softgloss Rag paper, the instructions for which say to use the Photo Paper Plus Semi Gloss setting.

I have made numerous prints with this size and type paper on this same printer, and have never had this issue before.  I have reproduced the issue several times.

95% of the print comes out looking beautiful, but near the end of the printing process, the paper seems to skew a bit and is actually mangled by the printer, as highlighted in yellow in the first photo below.  There is also a streak in the print, highlighted in red, and the skewing of the paper also results in a white unprinted area at bottom right - highlighted in blue.

The second photo simply shows a black smudge on the back of the paper.

The issue does not happen when I print on plain paper.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Jon
