I have just replaced my 210 (Black) and 211 (Color) printer cartridges and the Cyan will not print - everything comes out black and pink. I have executed the Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Nozzle Check, etc. and it just doesn't work. Any ideas other than purchasing a new printer?

Because you have replaced the color ink cartridges and performed printhead cleanings and your PIXMA MP280 still does not print color correctly, your PIXMA MP280 would require service. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
