I cannot get my printer online. We have just installed a new modem. Has this anything to do with my problem? The printer appears on my "devices".

I am having the same problem. Mine will print from a laptop on the wireless network, but not from my desktops which are on the home network. I've configured the printer as shown above, and it shows that it's connected to the network. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drivers with no luck. In the past reinstalling the drivers has worked temporarily, but now nothing. When I print a document the print que shows a document pending but says the printer is offline.

I hope someone can help me with this issue. When it prints or copies, all the lines of a documents are not printing, it looks as if a line is skipped but it barely prints part of it or like a line cutting through it. I have done all the maintenance on it and all my inks levels are full or sufficient. I did this last week and printed a document and it came out fine. Now it is doing this. I have retried to aligment and cleaning and when it prints out it barely printing. its like fading and the screen asks you which way it best describes how it printed but that option is not there. Is this printer done?
