Hi,
I have a weird problem with my CANON MG4200 series on Windows 10 : it suddenly only prints blank pages, except the test page is printed perfectly.
My printer is connected wirelessly, my ink cartridges are full and I've never had this kind of problem before.
I've tried the following steps :
- Turning of and unplugging it for a few minutes
- Rebooting my computer
- Taking of the ink cartridges and putting them back
- Print the nozzle check page, which was done without any problem
- Uninstalling then re-installing the printer
I've checked the internet but I'm now out of ideas... Any suggestion?

Hi,
Could you upload a copy of the test print and a nozzle check from your printer so we can assist you further.
We look forward to your reply.

I have the same problem with my MP640. Prints after head alignment, has new ink, ran head cleaner, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still prints blank when send from pc. It also prints a blank page when I use the copier.

I have the same problem with my MX922. Test pages print fine and in color. I've done all the optional maintenance cleaning and the ink cartridges are full - but still cannot print anything - just blank pages. Has anyone gotten a resolution to this Canon printer problem? I've tried removing the ink (found in a different post) and restarting - nothing seems to work.
