Cannon imageFORMULA DR-C125 scanner won't scan set amount of pages.

When I try to scan multiple pages, the scanner won't scan the set amount. When I try to scan 5, it only scans 3, for example.

If I want the scanner to scan 8 pages, it only scans 4. Anyone know what's going on with this?
